FAQs
How Our Mobile Services Work
-
How Do I Know What Type Of Screening I Need?More often than not, your company/DER/consortium or any ordering official will either email you a confirmation page, or give you a hard copy in hand to bring with you when you come for your visit. It is imperative that we know the exact details of what kind of screening is required. Without this information we will be unable to fulfill your request.
-
What Do I Need To Bring To My Appointment? The first thing you will need to bring to the appointment is a valid for of identification. This can be a drivers license, a passport, or state issued ID. Next, you must bring in your confirmation letter in hand or make sure any emails sent to you are forwarded to us. We will not be able to fulfill a screening without the precise information needed to perform which specific service needed. Make sure to bring a CHAIN OF CUSTODY if provided to you. Lastly, show up with a full bladder ready to provide a sample once on site. If it is a Hair follicle test, DO NOT SHAVE YOUR HEAD. This will not help you in any way.
-
How Do I Know If It Is A Dot Screening?A typical DOT screen will be for those in possession of a COMMERCIAL DRIVERS LICENSE or any one with a safety sensitive position in the workplace. Again your ordering official should make it clear via paperwork which test is needed to fulfill your screening.
